It was known that the Arsenal will debut its new uniform on Sunday, May 22ndin his last game of the campaign.
Featuring a striking new lightning bolt pattern on the neck, the design is inspired by the classic 90’s Arsenal home jerseys.
The shirt, in the club’s iconic red color, will be paired with white shorts, while the red socks will have a white lightning pattern running horizontally across them.
This release also includes a women’s jersey, in authentic and replica versions, and youth kits.
Inigo Turner, Design Director of Adidascommented on the new kit:
“We wanted the new home jersey of the Arsenal fuse fan culture with a classic look. It is important that we can create products that really speak to Arsenal fans, and with this design we took inspiration from the old crests used throughout the club’s history.”.
