The Association of Users of banks, savings banks and insurance (Adicae) has indicated that the banking sector is hindering so that consumers can access the mortgage moratorium approved by the Government and that allows a deferral of the payment of mortgage loan installments.
In addition, the confinement according to the coordinator of Adicae in Extremadura, Gonzalo González, is causing extensive Queues of citizens at the doors of banks, to carry out different banking procedures, since not all users know how to use electronic banking and also many of the branches are closed. Given this situation, Gonzalo González recommends those who demand the opening of all branches.
