Artist Adele (35) is currently busy with her regular “residency” show at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
During a recent concert, the superstar tells fans that she hasn’t touched alcohol in months. It writes The Guardian.
– I stopped drinking maybe three and a half months ago. It’s boring, the artist is said to have told fans during the concert.
She then admits to a high alcohol intake in her 20s, and uses the term “borderline alcoholic” to refer to the condition. However, she adds that she misses it.

To a fan in the hall, she expresses envy of the drink the fan is carrying and asks the fan to enjoy it.
During an interview last year with Vouge, the artist opened up about an increasing alcohol intake during the covid pandemic.
Then she said she started drinking earlier and earlier in the day during the shutdown.
– I have always had a very close relationship with alcohol, she said in the interview.
Adele has held regular concerts in Las Vegas for a long time. During a concert earlier this year, she also opened up about problems with her health.
She has long talked about chronic pain in connection with sciatica, and said during the concert that she had collapsed backstage as a result of the pain.
– They had to pick me up from the floor, said Adele from the stage.
