jpnn.com, JAKARTA – The case of the beating that befell University of Indonesia (UI) lecturer Ade Armando continues to be investigated by Polda Metro Jaya.
So far, a total of seven perpetrators of the beating have been arrested by the police.
Seeing the increasing number of suspects, legal counsel Goodbye ArmandoAulia Fahmi said there was no special request from the family or Ade Armando himself.
“There is no special request for the legal process, Ade Armando and his family,” said Aulia Fahmi to JPNN.com, Saturday (16/4).
He insisted Ade Armando and his family handed over completely to Polda Metro Jaya.
“In principle, Ade Armando and his family submit their legal cases to the police and process them according to applicable laws,” he continued.
It is known that the Polda Metro Jaya has arrested 7 people who beat Ade Armando during the April 11 demonstration in front of the DPR/MPR Building, Monday (11/4).

Most recently, the 2 suspects arrested were Markos Iswan and Al Fiqri Hidayatullah, while the five other people who had been arrested earlier were Bagja, Komar, Dhia Ulhaq, and Abdul Latif.(mcr8/jpnn)
