‘Right Care in the Right Place’ is a thematic collaboration between the ZonMw Right Care in the Right Place program and the Heart Foundation, within the framework of the Netherlands CardioVascular Federation. In the CardioVascular Federation of the Netherlands, 24 research and health care organizations have come together to accelerate the search for solutions for cardiovascular diseases.
The goal of the collaboration between ZonMw and the Heart Foundation is to identify atrial fibrillation and heart failure earlier and treat it better by promoting and enabling the right heart care in the right place. Both organizations do this by establishing, funding and implementing grant cycles and using activities that contribute to the development of knowledge.
