The politicians have commissioned the administration to examine the relevant framework conditions for an expanded range of courses. The target group should not only be non-swimmers, but also children who have already passed the “seahorse” test, but who lack practice to actually swim safely. In addition to planning water times that must be made available for the swimming learner offensive, the administration is requested to hold talks with the DLRG and other volunteer specialists who are already making a valuable contribution to swimming training in Bad Wünnenberg and who could support a swimming learner offensive in 2021.
