Being a constant process, Microsoft now has an official news. It’s finally available for all Windows Package Manager, which will allow you to add and manage apps on Windows 10 very easily and quickly.
Microsoft has been preparing the Windows Package Manager for several months. This is the tool that the software giant has prepared to simplify the entire software installation process on Windows 10.
This is the first stable and open version of this new proposal. Like many other app managers, Winget wants to simplify this whole process. For this it allows to install, configure, update and remove a very large list of apps.
The first time the Windows Package Manager was introduced was in the 2020 Build, having been revealed as a real change in Windows 10. Microsoft made the tests public and even its code was open to everyone in the GitHub, to be evaluated and improved by any programmer.
Now, and as revealed in this year's Build, this tool is finally available to everyone. Just install the app Application Installer, directly from the Microsoft store, to have access to Winget and all these management features.
Those who were already testing this new feature will now receive the expected update that gives access to all the new features. Who wants to try the simplicity that it offers, you just need to install this new feature and explore what it offers through the Windows 10 terminal.
This is proof that Microsoft is not only focused on Windows 10 graphic developments. It also bets on tools that make the management of this system simpler and more efficient for users.
