Adamed Laboratories, a pharmaceutical company with a broad portfolio of women’s health care products, has launched Congratulations® (fulvestrant) 250 mg, medication indicated for treatment of postmenopausal women with estrogen receptor-positive, locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer who have not been previously treated with endocrine therapy1.
With the launch of this medicine funded by the National Health System, Adamed Laboratories continues its commitment to women’s health and launches its first cancer drug in Spain in order to expand its efforts in the fight against breast cancer.
Onnimia’s packaging® 250 mg includes 2 pre-filled syringes corresponding to the recommended monthly dose of 500 mg, with an additional 500 mg dose administered two weeks after the initial dose. Onnimia® offers the same confidence as the reference medicine, in terms of efficacy and safety, as it is classified as Generic Pharmaceutical Equivalent (GFE)1.
The shape of the Onnimia container® allows the patient to have in a single pack the 2 syringes that correspond to the dosage indicated in the Technical Sheet, as well as a potential savings in treatment acquisition cost, with respect to the reference drug.
