Adama Traore to Leeds, from white to Arsenal

Transfers between the Premier League are the story of the day, as both Leeds and Arsenal look to strengthen themselves in areas of relative need.

Arsenal hope to bring England’s young heart back into the fold, while Leeds looks to Wolverhampton for a new talent.

Adama Traore a Leeds United

Marcelo Bielsa needs players who are ready to race for days, and Adama Traore fits into that project, but could Leeds really be the landing point for the closely related transfer goal?

Traore was linked to Chelsea earlier this month, and Liverpool will return in January. Moving home to Barcelona has long been associated with the mighty velocity dealer.

Traore was at the Barcelona academy from 2005 to 2014 before moving to Aston Villa, Middlesbrough and then to Wolverhampton. He appeared once in La Liga when he was 17 years old in 2013.

He is 25 years old and has played 131 games for Wolverhampton, having made up to five games of the Spanish national team. Traore is in the pits of Spain’s Euro 2020 and an unused submarine on the opening day.

Leeds will have more flair to join Raphinha, assuming the Brazilian sticks, with the move, which is said to be priced at around $ 50 million according to Eurosport.

Ben White for Arsenal

Brighton said not to give much for Ben White, but Sky Sports says Arsenal are ready to improve their offer.

$ 56 million was not enough for Graham Potter to sell his prized center-back, the 23-year-old recently crowned by England, but $ 70 million would be the next figure to appear before the eyes of the leading gulls.

White was impressed by Leeds’ loan from the Championship, but Potter retained the center-back, who did very well with the Seagulls this year and was signed during the 2023-24 season.

If White leaves, the Seagulls will still have Captain Louis Dunk, who signed until 2024-25 along with Shane Duffy, Louis Dunk and Adam Webster until 2022-23.
