Adam Scott shared his “Boy Meets World” podcast for a rewatch, “Pod meets the world” Sunday and jokingly Daniel Fishel, Ryder Strong and Will Friedel came across a moment on set that they said they still think about decades later.
Scott was a recurring character on the popular ’90s sitcom.Y in which he played the criminal Grif Hawkins.
The particular moment that Scott remembers happened while the cast was on set for the second season finale. The episode in question aired in 1995.
Scott said that when everyone erupted in applause to celebrate the end of the season, he went up to Strong to give him a high five and a hug, only to be rebuffed by Strong.
Scott explained that Strong pushed him away and gave him “that ‘wait a second’ look.” Who are you? »
Scott said Strong then ran away from him.
“This has literally been pulling me in for 29 years,” Scott said.
Strong claimed that he did not remember the moment and asked, “Why would I do that?”
Fischel and Friedel gasped and began to laugh.
Scott reasoned that he was glad Strong didn’t remember the slight because “in a sense, that means it wasn’t a traumatic experience.”
