Adam Marciniak resigns from the position of a member of the management board of PKO BP
As it was written, on July 26, 2021, Adam Marciniak resigned from his membership and from the position on the Management Board of the Bank with effect on August 13, 2021. Added that “the resignation did not include the reasons for its submission”.
Marciniak – as we read on the PKO BP website – has been associated with the PKO Bank Polski Group since 2011. In the years 2011-2017 he was the director of the Application Development and Maintenance Division of PKO BP, from 2011 to 2014 – the vice-president of Inteligo Financial Services, until 2017 a member of the Supervisory Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny SA, and currently the chairman of the supervisory boards of: PKO BP Finat sp. Z oo and Operator Chmury Krajowej sp. Z o. O
Last time changes in the management board of PKO BP took place in June. It was then that the bank’s president changed – he became one Jan Emeryk Rościszewski.
