Polda Metro Jaya stopped investigating the report Adam Deni upon attorney Jerinx ‘SID’, Congratulations Teguh Santoso. The case was dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
“It was stopped, because there was not enough evidence,” said the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Zulpan when contacted by reporters, Friday (25/2/2022).
Only, Zulpan did not explain further since when the investigator published warrant for termination of investigation (SP3) on Adam Deni’s report.
“I have to check again if that,” he added.
Previously, Sugeng Teguh Santoso said that the report Adam Deni on him was stopped by the police. Sugeng appreciates this because, according to him, there is also no criminal incident in the case reported by Adam Deni.
Sugeng was reported by Adam Deni on charges of defamation and defamation. The report was made by Adam Deni after Sugeng revealed that Adam Deni allegedly blackmailed Jerinx to have his report revoked.
“Brother Adam Deni reported me for a slander of Article 27 to me. I received information, the report was stopped, because from my statement there was no criminal incident, this has legal implications,” said Sugeng at the Central Jakarta District Court, Thursday (24/2/2022) .
Sugeng also talked about the opportunity to report back Adam Deni. But he did not say when the report would be made.
“It is open for me to report to Brother Adam Deni Article 317 on false suspicions. In addition, we are preparing a report on giving false evidence under oath,” he said.
