Lawyer Adam Deni, Junfi, challenged doctor Tirta Mandira Hudhi to show evidence related to Adam Deni’s request for Rp. 80 million from Dr. Tirta. What is Dr. Tirta’s response?
“If he asks ‘where is the evidence’, I have submitted the evidence to the judge. I don’t want to be content on social media,” Tirta said to detik.comFriday (11/2/2022).
Tirta also revealed the reason he did not report Adam Deni regarding the request. One of the reasons is that Dr. Tirta is reluctant to extend this issue.
“And why didn’t I report it? Lazy, complicated. I also testified (at the Jerinx trial) for helping a friend, because there was something that disappointed me from Brother Adam,” he said.
He also confirmed that his testimony in the trial had been sworn in by the holy book. Tirta also said he was a doctor who spoke according to the facts and evidence.
“The testimony is an oath, I am a doctor, I dare to testify because there is evidence that I hold, which was only held by the assembly and I submitted it yesterday,” he said.
“I don’t want to reply statement on social media, it’s better to focus on taking care of the rising COVID-19,” he added.

Furthermore, Dr. Tirta also highlighted Junfi’s remarks as Adam Deni’s lawyer who denied his client ‘blackmailed’ Dr Tirta. According to Tirta, in his testimony at the Jerinx trial, he never said Adam Deni blackmailed him, but asked for Rp 80 million.
“And sorryin the trial I made statement Adam asks for money, which means blackmailing is you. I’ve never said in public ‘I was blackmailed’ he-he-he…,” he said.
Again, he reiterated the reason he didn’t report because he didn’t want to prolong the matter. In addition, Tirta considers the issue of COVID as the most important thing at this time.
“Sincerity is the key, hopefully the person concerned can become a better person,” he said.
Tirta emphasized that he would not reveal evidence related to the Rp 80 million request on social media. He also hoped that Adam Deni would change after the case.
“Where is the evidence released on social media. From the start I was sincere, because Brother Adam promised to do good. But there was one reason that disappointed me, which made me a witness for Jerinx, and I brought the evidence to the judge, and it has been printed, and was submitted when testifying,” said Tirta.
