Actress Zooey Deschanel and host Jonathan Scott are getting married. The two announced their engagement via Instagram.
“Forever starts now,” the couple writes with a photo of them together. In the photo, Deschanel shows the engagement ring she received from her boyfriend.
The 43-year-old actress and the 45-year-old presenter met in August 2019 during the filming of Carpool Karaoke. Deschanel announced a month later that she was divorcing film producer Jacob Pechenik, whom she married in 2015. She has two children with him.
In 2009, the actress married Death Cab For Cutie singer Ben Gibbard. That marriage lasted two years.
