This week, at the entertaining culinary show “Almost Perfect Dinner”, “influencer” Elīna Didrihsone, singer Edgars Kreilis, bartender Andris Reizenbergs and actress Zane Burnicka, who took over the relay on the third evening, visit each other.
Zane welcomed guests in her cozy apartment in Riga, where her family has lived for generations, but now the actress lives there with her youngest son.
The theme of this evening was “New Year”, and the hostess had decided to please the guests with a classic rasola, solanka and bubble. The choice to cook these dishes has not been difficult. “First of all, because I know it best. Secondly, there is both the taste of childhood and the taste of experience – I make solanka according to my recipe, ”explained Zane.
She did not hide that she wondered if the food was too simple, but then she realized: “I will not jump above my kitchen surface. Simply, all the salt is hidden. ”
Before enjoying a snack, the company experienced an awkward moment. It turned out that the drink that the actress brought to the guests had expired. “Thank God I didn’t cook it,” Zane said.
The housewife corrected the slight embarrassment by raising champagne in front of her, and the celebration in the mood of the New Year could begin.
According to Zane, the stiffness of the first days in the company had diminished on the third evening, but she could not claim that the friendship between them had flourished. However, social talks were not left at the table.
While enjoying the rasol, the quartet spoke of recognition. Zane and Andris found that it didn’t stop them from living. Elīna, on the other hand, shared another experience: “As everyone knows, I always broke. And the moment I allow myself not to do that, when I allow myself to actually go into the store with fussy, maybe even dirty hair, with a big “throat” and wide pants, and then those condemning glances around are whispered. And you realize: do you really have to be in the prime so no one can say anything? ”
While the guests enjoyed the main meal, the actress turned to entertainment, and by giving each of them random adjectives, a funny story about the quartet’s course at the dinner show was created. The guests had laughed to tears. “It was very funny. Coolly invented, ”said Elīna.
The evening ended with a distribution of desserts and points. The guests rated Zane’s visit with 27 points – eight from Elina, 10 from Andrew and nine from Edgar.
