Merle Dandridge, actress who lends her voice to “Marlene” en “The Last of Us”, will be in the series about the video game for play the same character, now on screen.
Dandridge will reprise her role as “Marlene” and join a cast that already has Bella Ramsey as “Ellie” and Pedro Pascal as “Joel”, in addition to Gabriel Luna as “Tommy”, the younger brother of “Joel”.
The HBO series, created by Craig Mazin, himself from “Chernobyl,” will begin filming in July in Canada.
