A few months before she was brutally murdered by her granddaughter Ivet Staykova, actress Violeta Doneva met notary Chaika Belezhkova. The two make a will for the properties, money in bank accounts, copyrights for appearances in films and movable property of the movie star. In it, she names two people as heirs – her son Ivo Staykov and his 19-year-old daughter, who is currently in Sliven prison for the murder of her grandmother.
According to documents, 1/2 of Doneva’s property is owned by the girl responsible for her painful death. However, he shares everything with his father Ivo. The man would have been the only heir if his mother had not decided to enter the girl’s name next to his.
A reference shows that today Yvette can easily call herself a millionaire, but she has no way to dispose of her inheritance and will not receive it if she is convicted. The reason is Art. 3. “a” of the Inheritance Law: He cannot inherit as unworthy “who has intentionally killed or attempted to kill the testator…, unless the act was committed under circumstances that exclude punishment or if he is amnestied “, writes 24 hours.
Today, Ivet and her father own several apartments with garages in Sofia and Varna. They have plots of land scattered around different areas in Bulgaria. They also have the sum of BGN 300,000, which is in the bank accounts of their deceased relative.
The actress bequeathed the one apartment, which is located in Sofia’s “Iztok” district, at 4 “Pierre Degater” street. The apartment is three-room and is on the 16th floor. According to a brokerage agency that “24 hours – 168 stories” contacted, it can be sold for 270,000 euros. This is the starting price, as it is in the emblematic block number 1 of the area. Given this detail, the amount can jump by 25 thousand euros and reach a final price of 320 thousand euros.
Doneva leaves Ivet and Ivo Staykov another home, but this time in Varna. The apartment is in a cooperative in the city center. Its area is 85 sq.m. It has a parking space included.
