The young actress gave a very bad statement against the actor Siddique. It is reported that the young woman has reportedly been brutally raped. The complaining actress underwent a medical examination. Hotel Muscat was also asked to produce the documents on the day of the incident.

She had revealed that she was sexually assaulted by actor Siddique years ago and many of her friends had the same experience from Siddique. The police registered the case around 1:30 am on Wednesday. The case is punishable by imprisonment of up to seven years. The complaint is that the sexual assault took place at Hotel Muscat in Thiruvananthapuram.
Currently, the special team has received 16 complaints. The DGP issued an order appointing a 7-member team to look into the complaints and recommend a case if necessary. The order did not mention taking the case directly This order was only given to members of the investigation team in a sealed envelope. It was decided to file a case at the police station of the place where the rape took place. The DGP will issue a separate order handing over such cases to a woman IPS in the special team.
A team will be formed by the officials of the respective district for the investigation. The Home Department says that the state police chief has the authority to appoint a special team and issue an order under Criminal Procedure Rules 36 and 157. It is also stated that a government order is required when a special team is appointed to ‘ include other categories including being alert.
