Sophie Turner submitted a request to the judge on Thursday to be able to take the children she has with the American singer Joe Jonas to England. This is evident from court documents obtained by American media.
Earlier this month, 34-year-old Jonas filed for divorce from 27-year-old Turner. The Game of Thrones actress is now demanding “the immediate return of the children unlawfully taken or unlawfully detained.” That ‘unjustified detention’ of their daughters is said to have started last Wednesday.
The actress claims she and the singer agreed to make the UK their home over Christmas last year. They would also look for a school there for their daughter Willa. “Both were excited about the family’s move to England,” he said Page Six in read the documents.
Jonas and Turner had been dating since 2016 and married in 2019.
