National Theater actress and “Ikar” winner Sofia Bobcheva had her first child. Her daughter, Stephanie-Irini, cried at 9:35 am in St. Anne’s Hospital. The child is 52cm tall and weighs 3,800kg.
The name is inspired by the Greek language and means “garland of peace”.
The child’s father is named Boris and is over the moon, says Sofia Bobcheva. The two met a year ago by the sea, but until now the couple has jealously guarded their personal space from the eyes of the general public.
Little Stephanie-Irini is named after her grandfather Stefan and her mother Irina.
In May of this year, Sofia Bobcheva announced that she was pregnant and left the stage of successful performances with a promise to return as soon as possible.
The actress thanked the team of Dr. Dacheva from “Sant’Anna” who welcomed Stefani-Irini two weeks before the due date, said dir.bg.
