Actress and producer Sandra Thomas shares her experiences with actor Baburaj. They also shared some of the funniest experiences they had while shooting. In an interview with Red FM, Sandra Thomas said that he was taken to the hospital after being bitten by a leech on the set.
‘Babu Chetan was bitten by a leech on the set of the film. The location where we are shooting is the leech tent. On the very first day, Babu Chetan had told me that Pulli was afraid of leeches. None of the leeches bit for the first few days. After a week, a leech bit him.
Babu Chettan had told me that I was bitten by a leech. People of all sizes are scary. I said it doesn’t matter, my kids are being bitten by leeches. After a while, the place where the leech bitten became swollen. If it was spotty, I would get short of breath and become tense.
Then there was a scene where he was told to scream. An ambulance was called from there and taken to the hospital. So one day the shoot stopped. And it comes back very cool. For a leech bite, he was put on a drip for a day.
Two days after coming back, the leech bit again. So the leech bite of Babu Chetan was a big event. In fact, fleas are allergic. I thought I was scared,’ said Sandra Thomas.
