Sai Pallavi shared the photos saying that he is usually not interested in talking about personal things, but he couldn’t help but say this. It was a much-desired pilgrimage.
This trip with our 60-year-old father and mother was very emotional for us. Seeing them gasping for breath and clutching their chests, they rested on the slippery paths between the snow, and asked the Almighty God why they had come so far.
But I got the answer while walking back after darshan. On the way I saw some travelers who were on the verge of giving up on this journey. They take a deep breath and chant Om Namah Shivaya. Others take up the call and follow.
Horses and villagers take travelers to fulfill their wish to worship Bhole Nath in the holy cave. My salutations to all of the Shree Amarnath Ji Devalaya Board who make this journey memorable for millions of devotees like us.
