Actress Ola Ghanem Returns to the Small Screen and Big Screen with Controversial Projects

Actress Ola Ghanem returns to the drama after an absence from the small screen for about 6 years, as she appears to her audience in the upcoming Ramadan marathon through the series “Toha”, which sparked a lot of controversy during the past days, especially the dispute between the heroine and the producer of the work.

And “Toha” is the first series in which Ola Ghanem gets the absolute championship, after she was presenting the second roles in previous years, as the work team puts the last frills of the final preparations to return again to film the work, which was postponed several times for various reasons, in preparation for its presentation in 2024.

Ehab Fahmy, Dina Fouad, Intisar, Haggag Abdel-Azim, and a number of other artists are being agreed to participate in the series with Ola Ghanem. It was written by Ahmed Sobhi and directed by Mohamed Al-Naqly.

The preparation for filming the work comes after reports of disagreements that occurred between Ola Ghanem and the producer of the series, Asim El-Manyawy, as a result of which she was replaced by another artist. However, all this controversy ended with the producer of the work, stressing in press statements that the artist Ola Ghanem will present the championship in the series “Toha”. In preparation for showing it in the next Ramadan marathon, he denied rumors that she had been replaced by another artist.

Away from drama, Ola Ghanem returns to the cinema after an absence of 3 years, through her participation in the movie “Sons of Harem Karim.”

And the work, which is scheduled to be released within days, will also be starring Mostafa Qamar, and most of the heroes of the first part and a group of new heroes will participate in the championship, including Dalia Al-Buhairi, Reham Abdel Ghafour, Khaled Sarhan Amr Abdel Jalil, and the work is directed by Ali Idris, and written by Zainab Aziz.

Ola Ghanem’s last cinematic appearance was through the movie “The Death Line”, which was shown in 2019, and participated in it: the artist Ahmed Salah Hosni, Reem Al-Baroudi, and others.
