‘Vinayak met Chettan on the set of the jailer, when he saw it he thought it would be terrifying’
Actress Myrna Menon talks about Vinayakan in jail. Mirna said that she saw Vinayakan for the first time on the shoot of Jailer and when she saw his look, she thought he would be a terrific character. The actor was speaking in an interview given to Doolnews.
‘I met Vinayakan Chettan in the character get-up at the shoot spot. We don’t know each other before. They met there. I said I am a Malayali. That’s how you get to know each other. In that look alone, I felt that Vinayakan Chetan would be a terrific character. Similarly, the portions that came in the showcase are delicious,’ Mirna said.
When asked whether Mammootty should have played the villain in Jailor first, the actor replied that he did not know and would ask Rajinikanth when he met him.
‘Honestly, I don’t know. Rajini sir said as a clue at the audio launch. I didn’t have time to ask. All were BC. Next time I see you, I will definitely ask who was considered for the role,’ Mirna said.
Mirna also shared her experience of acting with Rajinikanth with DoolNews. ‘I was very happy. Sir is a very simple man. He is very down to earth, eager and willing to talk about a lot of things and listen to a lot of things. Our discussion will always be about movies.
