Mariazel, actress and host, announced her return to a television production where she will participate after not acting for more than 20 years in a soap opera, as she announced in a recent interview that she gave to her partner, the presenter Faisy, where she shares credits in the popular show I Fall Laughing.

Mariazel, one of the most beloved members of the Dysfunctional Family, explained that this was the reason why she abandoned the recordings of the game show where she became famous among the Mexican public because the work schedules were overlapping, thus ruling out that the reason was his alleged rivalry with his partner Mariana Echeverría.

But what is the program in which he will participate and what is it about. Mariazel will play a housewife in her role as a “frustrated wife,” said the host, in the new comedy series called “¡Chócalas Compayito!”, produced by Televisa and which will also be broadcast on Univisión. She will have two children: Agatha and Elton, it should be noted that her character will be called Yadira Fernández.

It should be noted that this television series also marks the return of Edson Zúñiga, who is behind the iconic character “compayito”. The comedian had not been on Televisa since the 2018 World Cup in Russia, shortly after the TUDN channel was founded, for which the joker was no longer considered.

The tour took them through different states of the Mexican Republic, including Quintana Roo, Yucatán, Veracruz, Puebla, Michoacán, Jalisco and Tabasco, but they still have pending dates, which are: Friday, July 14 at the Manuel Doblado Theater in León , Guanajuato.

On Saturday, July 15, at the Josefa Ortiz de Domínguez Auditorium, in the city of Querétaro, in the state of the same name. On Sunday, July 16, at the Explanada Auditorium in Pachuca, Hidalgo, and finally, they will have three presentations in Mexico City, precisely at the Teatro 2 Cultural Center. Their shows will be the following Thursday, July 20, Friday, and Saturday, July 22.

Therefore, fans of The Dysfunctional Family can still enjoy the live program without having to be invited to the public, but in exchange for paying for the tickets.

This new comedy series will tell us the story of how the protagonist, Edson Zúñiga’s character, has to flee from a person to whom he owes a lot of money, but in his escape attempt he suffers an accident. After this he meets Zacarías for the first time, who takes him to his house to take care of him.

When he wakes up he meets his entire family, Yadira, wife of Zacarías (and played by Mariazel) and the rest of the members. El Compayito sees it as an opportunity to get out of his economic problem and to be able to return to fame, but when he recovers he goes back to pretending that he has problems for fear of collectors.
