In a message posted on his social networks, the Sevillian interpreter thanked all the signs of support received and assured that “these last 48 hours have been really difficult”.
“I deny having attacked anyone”, condemned León, who assured him that he put all his “trust in justice”.
He specified that it is not his intention “to question the necessary work that the forces and the state security organs carry out” in the country, but he denounced that he was the victim of “police abuse” by some agents of the Local Police of Seville.
The court of education number 18 in Seville agreed last Saturday on the provisional release of the actress, who remains under investigation for an alleged crime of assaulting the authorities, according to sources from the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA).
Seville local police arrested her the previous morning after allegedly assaulting an officer who was taking her to headquarters to be identified after she was asked to provide documentation on the street during a brawl with a police patrol.
On the other hand, the prison area of the Andalusian Association for Human Rights (APDHA) filed a complaint with the Spanish Ombudsman (DPE) against the Secretary of State for Security and the Seville City Council after the arrest.
