Actress Madeleine Tabar sent a message to Sherine Abdel Wahab, advising her to go to a psychiatric hospital.
Madeleine said, on her program “Sitting with Madeleine”: “Sherine Abdel Wahab took a detox and did not rehabilitate and went to Beirut, and Sherine is a national treasure.”
During the episode, Madeleine Tabar advised singer Sherine Abdel Wahab, as an admirer and lover of her, to go to a specialized hospital to treat detox withdrawal symptoms after all the toxic crises she went through, stressing that “Sherine” after the first withdrawal treatment she had had to do a rehabilitation program. Even at home through a specialist, but she did not do that.
Meanwhile, Dr. Mahmoud Saqr, who specializes in addiction treatment, said during his hosting of the program: “Sherine can take a program from home and have a male or female supervisor walk her through the steps she knows. What program will she follow? And start with her: Who is an addict? To get her to the 10th step.”
On the other hand, Sherine Abdel Wahab had resolved the controversy over her engagement, days after she topped the trend lists on social networking sites, following what was reported about her having a love story with a doctor, who appeared next to her behind the scenes of the New Year’s party that was held in the Emirates.
Sherine sparked controversy, with news spreading about her relationship with gynecologist Dr. Tamer Selim, especially after he appeared with her backstage at the concert.
In a statement last Tuesday, obtained by Masrawy, she said: “The artist Sherine Abdel Wahab is following the press news that has been circulated about her relationship with one of her friends from inside or outside the artistic community, and warns against using her name or the name of any of her friends. “In fake news, with the intention of gaining media views and followers on social media sites.”
She continued: “The artist threatens anyone who engages in her biography with the aim of insulting her and distracting her from pursuing her artistic career with new things in the field of singing.”
He added: “The artist assigned her legal advisor, Dr. Hossam Lotfy, to pursue those seeking fame, using appropriate, firm measures to stop them from doing what they are doing.”
It is noteworthy that Sherine Abdel Wahab recently announced her official divorce from the artist Hossam Habib, for the second time during the marriage period, which lasted 6 years.
There were rumors about a new love story between Sherine and a famous doctor, a former “fiancé” of the artist Mirhan Hussein.
