The lovers have been together for a year and a half.
Star of “Women’s Quarter” and coach of the special season “League of Laughter. Volunteer Landing 2” Irina Soponaru shared a romantic photo with her fiance, Briton Reece.
On her Instagram page, Soponaru posted a photo taken on a Polaroid, held in front of the South Bridge in Kyiv. In the photo, Irina is photographed with her beloved while relaxing on a yacht. Soponaru did not specify when and where the photograph was taken.
However, she shared with fans the story of meeting her fiance:
“We met Rhys in May 2021. The story of our acquaintance is quite trivial. We saw each other in a popular establishment at that time. He came up to meet me, we talked a little, exchanged Instagram and ….. got engaged. Just kidding. Between these events there is still there were a lot of dates, travel, kisses, parties…..and then the war. Leaving the country, life on automatic, anger, depression, fear, pain and a lot of tears. After returning home, we gradually recovered, tried to live, rejoice, dream, believe , to fight. The feeling of great pride of being Ukrainian and the support of my loved one,” said the actress.
And a year and a half after they met, Rhys proposed to Irina and she agreed to become his wife.
