British actress Florence Pugh (26) reacts strongly to the ‘vulgar’ comments she received on social media after wearing a see-through dress.

Florence Pugh, known for, among other things, Black Widow in Midsummer, appeared in a striking bright pink dress at the Maison Valentino fashion show in Rome last Friday. The top of the creation is see-through, exposing her breasts.
She herself had expected comments, both positive and negative. But she said she wasn’t nervous. “It was interesting to see how easy it is for men to tear down a woman’s body publicly and with pride.”
“It’s not the first time and it certainly won’t be the last time a woman hears from a group of strangers what’s wrong with her body,” she wrote to her 7.4 million followers. “The disturbing thing is how vulgar some of you men can be. Fortunately, I have been able to reconcile with the specifics of my body that make me who I am. I’m happy with all the “flaws” I couldn’t bear when I was fourteen.’
“So many of you wanted to let me know in an aggressive way how disappointed they are with my ‘small breasts’ and that I should be ashamed of being ‘flat’. I’ve been living in my body for a long time. I am fully aware of my bust size and I am not afraid of it.’
Pugh tells anyone who is still guilty of body shaming in 2022 that it is time to grow up and respect people. ‘Respect bodies. Respect all women. Respect people. Life will be a lot easier, I promise. And all because of two cute nipples,” she concludes.
