Denisa Barešová is a frequently cast theater, film and television actress. Still, he feels that there could be more work. Lover of sleep
According to her, she likes to sleep when she has a moment off. “If I don’t sleep for seven and a half hours, I’m not OK, I know that,” Denisa revealed about herself. “And if I can, I sometimes give ten hours. But sometimes the body is ready for the shorter rhythm, so it bakes me, and I wake up earlier. Today, for example, I wanted to wake up a little later, but I probably had some nerves, so it woke me up,” the actress added in the premiere episode of the Jan Kraus Show, which you can watch on Wednesday at 9:40 p.m. on Prime.

In addition, she is said to sometimes talk in her sleep, as she found out from the recordings of her sleep monitoring app. “I think that if I’m talking from my sleep, then logically I shouldn’t hear it. So I had the impression that I was infringing on my own privacy,” she explained why she finally canceled the recording in the application.
“When I’m free, I also do a lot of baking and cooking,” she added, handing her host a box of homemade sea salt brownies. “I bake and I also watch baking. So I’m completely baked,” she described with humor. So what does her day off look like? “When I get ten hours of sleep, I look at cookbooks in bed while still in my pyjamas, then I get up and go bake something. But that’s over now, because now there will be a lot of work again,” concluded Barešová.
