We remind you that the actress was diagnosed with the disease in 2021. Last year, she attended the SAG awards and admitted it would be her “last awards show as an actress”.

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic and severe disease of the central nervous system, but it presents differently for each patient. Most often, during the development of MS, patients experience visual, sensory, speech and coordination disorders, difficulty maintaining balance, and muscle stiffness. Currently available medications can slow down the course of the disease, but cannot cure it.

More than 2.5 million people worldwide suffer from MS. In 2018, Hollywood actress Selma Blair also announced that she was suffering from MS.
