Actress Carme Elías Excited by Reception of Alzheimer’s Memoir on Sant Jordi Day

The actress Carme Elías has said that she is “astonished and excited” by the good reception that her book ‘When I am no longer me’ is having this Sunday for the Day of Sant Jordi, where she shares her experience with Alzheimer’s.

“I never thought that so many people would want to come to greet me, show me love and buy the book”, she celebrated in statements to Europa Press in Plaza Catalunya before a long line of people waiting to greet her and have her sign the book.

The actress, who is making her debut as a writer this year in Sant Jordi, has highlighted that her book will allow readers to “learn more about this disease”.
