Actors promise an entertaining evening

The Scheer art and culture stage will celebrate its premiere on Saturday, November 16th at 7:30 p.m. with the play “Let the pig out! or Now we are animal vegetarian”, a comedy in 3 acts by Andreas Wening.

That’s what the piece is about

According to the club’s press release, the content of this piece promises a lot: The three friends Karin (Elke Massion), Selma (Doris Voggel) and Lotte (Leonie Weitzmann) agree to only cook vegetarian food in the future. Of course, Karin’s husband Norbert (Franz Lehr) and son Mirco (Sven Schairer) don’t like this at all, as they prefer a juicy steak.

Master butcher and psychologist get involved

In order to avoid the vegetarian diet, Nobbe persuades his Karin to make a very special deal, which the two friends and grandfather Erwin (Andreas Heim) completely misinterpret. This leads to all sorts of mix-ups, in which master butcher Hannes (Achim Haga) and psychologist Dr. Amaryl (Margit Erschig) is drawn into it, while Selma’s husband Schorsch (Markus Bednarek) is desperately looking for his breeding rabbit, Rüdiger.

Crude sayings, mix-ups, tricky actions and situational comedy promise an entertaining, funny evening at the theater in Scheer.

Rehearsals have been going on since the end of August
