Kochi: A young man complained that actor Vinayakan misbehaved with him while boarding the plane. The incident happened when both were boarding the plane. It is stated in the petition filed in the High Court that the young man was misbehaved by the actor when he left for Kochi from Goa on May 27.
The complainant is GB James, a Malayali working in a school in Punjab. The incident took place on an Indigo flight from Goa to Kochi. When I complained to the airline, I was told that no action could be taken if I complained after getting off the plane. Later, a complaint was filed with the Ministry of Civil Aviation, but no action was taken, and GB approached the High Court.
GB’s petition to direct Indigo Airlines to take action against the actor for bad behavior. The High Court directed to make Vinayakan a party in the case.
Vinayakan also had a case of misbehaving over the phone with a woman who had called to invite him to the event. The issue related to the case arose in April 2019. The court granted bail to Vinayakan in the incident.
