Died Russian theater and film actor, as well as director and screenwriter Maxim Bramatkin. He was 41 years old. This was announced on Sunday, January 10, by the director Donatas Grudovich.
“My beloved friend Maxim Bramatkin has died. An unread message from him on the phone: “Happy New Year, sorry – I was asleep,” Grudovich wrote on his Facebook. “Old age is when you go to the cemetery to see your friends.”
According to him, he had a presentiment that the irreparable would happen, even a week before Bramatkin’s death, but he never came to him. The director noted that the last years of his collaboration with the artist were very fruitful, and the actor himself “flourished in the frame”. However, then, as the director noted, he died out without work.
Grudovich said nothing about the reasons for the death of the artist.
Bramatkin was born on January 5, 1980 in Moscow. In 2001 he graduated from the Shchukin Theater School. On account of his more than 60 roles in domestic films and serials, including in the films “Simple Truths”, “Magomayev”, “The sky is on fire” and others. The last of his works was the role of a serf in the series “Hussar”.
The actor performed several roles on the stage of the Theater. Vakhtangov, as well as at the Center for Drama and Directing. Six years ago he directed the film “Neighbors” according to his own script.
He is the winner of the “Spyglass” prize of the Festival of Actual Cinema “Kinoteatr.doc” in the nomination “For the best debut” for the film joke “Gift”.
