The actor Manolis Georgiadis passed away at the age of 62 while he was on stage for the theater performance in which he was participating, on Monday night.
The unpleasant news was made known by the president of SEH, Spyros Bibila, who wrote on his personal Facebook account:
«Last night real life showed its cruel face on the theater stage.
The amateur actor Manolis Georgiadis who participated in the performance of our distinguished colleague Antonis Kalomiirakis at the NOUS theater breathed his last on stage while he was playing.
This shocking event, which we happened to witness after watching another performance in the next hall, brings to light the harsh reality of the theater. Good trip to this worker of the theater from all of us».
