The American actor Lance Reddick (60) made his name in Hollywood in 2000, thanks to the HBO series “Oz”. His real breakthrough came in “The Wire”, a well-known series about a police anti-drug squad in the city of Baltimore. He played the role of Police Commissioner Cedrick Daniels for five seasons.
In recent years, the general public has mainly known Reddick for his role in the “John Wick” franchise with Keanu Reaves. The fourth part of the action film series, in which he also plays an important role, can be seen in cinemas worldwide from next week.
Reddick was found dead in his Los Angeles home. According to his representative, Mia Hansen, he died of natural causes. “We will miss Lance very much,” she said. He was married to Stephanie Reddick. Reddick also leaves behind two children, whom he had with his ex-wife.
