Actor Ha Na-kyung (39, photo), who became a hot topic for her revealing dress, was in a position to pay 15 million won after receiving a partial ruling along with an incestuous woman lawsuit.
According to OSEN on the 18th, the 6th civil case of the Dongbu Branch of the Busan District Court was partially defeated in the lawsuit demanding that plaintiff A pay 15 million won to Hana-kyung for damages to an adulterous woman.
Ha Na-kyung met Plaintiff A’s husband, Mr. B, at an entertainment establishment in Busan at the end of 2021 and continued to meet for five months. In the meantime, she became pregnant with Mr. B’s child, and promised to make her family.
However, when the divorce proceeded sluggishly, such as Mr. B rejecting Mr. A’s request for divorce, Ha Na-kyung contacted Mr. A directly and disclosed the fact that he had an inappropriate relationship with Mr. B and the pregnancy outside of marriage.
Ha Na-kyung said, “I belatedly found out that Mr. B was married, and only asked for the fact that he was pregnant with his child and repayment of the money he lent me, but there was no fact of cheating.” He framed me and made me, the victim, the perpetrator,” she protested.
Ha Na-kyung debuted in the MBC drama ‘Churidakyu Byeolsun-geom’ and appeared in the films ‘House with a Good View’ and ‘Let’s Ring’. She made headlines in 2012 for the revealing dress she wore at the Blue Dragon Film Awards. Since 2020, she has been a BJ for the live streaming platform ‘Panda TV’.
