Actor Barton Cowperthwaite Diagnosed with Brain Tumor: Fundraising for Surgery and Recovery

LOS ANGELES – Fans and loved ones of 31-year-old actor Barton Cowperthwaite are currently experiencing a huge fear. Doctors found a brain tumor the size of a lemon in the star of Netflix. Next week he will have a difficult operation!

The star of the Netflix series Tiny Pretty Things published a chilling message on the social network Instagram. “So… Yesterday I was diagnosed with at least a grade 2 glion, which is a fairly decent brain tumor. Tumor cells originate directly in the brain, so the cancer does not spread anywhere else in the body.” Barton Cowperthwaite informed his supporters.

“The only treatment for something like this is brain surgery,” continued the actor, who despite the seriousness of the situation is still in a very positive mood. This was certainly helped by the fact that the doctors are confident that they will be able to remove most of the tumor. “…after a successful surgery and some rehabilitation, I’ll be functioning as my (awesome, talented, brilliant, hilarious) self,” carried on.

The actor is ready to deal with the disease and return to normal life as soon as possible after hospitalization and treatment. According to his own words, the mentioned operation should take place sometime in the middle or at the end of next week. Well, it won’t be cheap. Therefore, Bart started a collection on the GoFundMe portal with the goal of 50 thousand dollars, which would help him pay for the procedure.

It was there that he revealed the chilling details of his illness. “Basically, I have a large tumor on my right frontal lobe. The doctors said it was about the size of a lemon, and you know what they say – when life gives you lemons (get a tumor removed so you can), make lemonade!” wrote on the portal.
