The actor of the Zhytomyr Academic Ukrainian Musical and Drama Theater named after Ivan Kocherga, Andrei Domansky, who worked as an actor in the theater for 25 years and played more than 40 roles, died at the front. Colleagues of the fallen man inform about this. Facebook.
It is noted that Domansky volunteered for war from the first days of the full-scale invasion. His call sign was “Artist”.

“My friend, my brother-in-arms Andrei Domansky “Artist” has died. Together we went from the beginning of the full-scale one. They fought from Makarov to Kherson. Together we stormed a point near Belogorka, Kherson region, and held the defense. It was he who pulled me wounded out of the trench and covered the retreat. In that battle, Andrei received a severe concussion… Then together in hospitals… treatment, VLK. He was written off, I was happy… he said – you’ll live a little longer… and he… And he wrote poems about brothers-in-arms, friendship and war. Domansky was a professional artist, played at the Zhitomir Kocherga Theater. I dreamed of coming to his performance… A creative person with a big heart that no longer beats. Farewell my friend, thank God for you,” shared his brother Oleg Saftyuk remembers the defender.
Farewell to the defender will take place on April 10 in the theater foyer.
