Disc herniations plague the actor and director Deyan Donkov. The well-known artist started having problems with his back recently and will be rehabilitated in a sanatorium.
Rumors about the state of health of the star of the National Theater began to appear since Donkov was absent from an interview with Laura Krumova in her show “On Focus” a few days ago. Then the presenter stated that Donkov’s lower back was tight and he had serious difficulties to move to the studio, it was reported “Bulgaria Today”.
“Yes, I have disc herniations and sometimes I literally cannot get up,” Donkov confirmed to “Bulgaria Dnes”. The artist shared that his problems started recently. The disease of the spine causes Donkov to experience severe pain and it becomes difficult for him to move, but this does not stop him from performances and rehearsals.
Despite the actor’s efforts to be fit, he cannot ignore his health. That is why he decided to combine the useful with the pleasant and will visit the sanatorium in Pavel Banya, where he will celebrate Christmas together with his mother.
