Activities to attract more foreign investment into the real estate sector will begin in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh | Majid Bin Abdullah Al Hogeil, Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, said that activities will be started to attract foreign investment to the real estate sector in Saudi Arabia.

The Minister was speaking at the second Future Real Estate Forum under the title ‘Role of Emirates, Governorates and Ministries in Empowering Real Estate’.

The real estate brokerage system provides a great support to the real estate sector. At present, the banking sector led by the Central Bank is providing innovative mechanisms that reduce financial costs for the construction sector and the beneficiaries. Economists, investors and others from more than 30 countries representing the public and private sectors are participating in the second edition of the three-day Future Forum.
