Game publisher Activision has now confirmed that two new Call of Duty games are on the way, reports Gamespot.
These games will be Modern Warfare 2, which is the sequel to Modern Warfare which was released in 2019, as well as a sequel Call of Duty: Warzone. The popular battle royale game released in 2020.
The two new games will be designed from the ground up together and use the same new game engine. Infinitiy Ward manages the development for both titles.
So far, no pictures or moving material from the games have been shown. The expectation is that Modern Warfare 2 will be released in the autumn.
