They will demonstrate against working conditions.

After an investigation that lasted more than 2 years, the state of California decided to sue Activision Blizzard for several cases of harassment and discrimination in their studios.

The reports, which showed instances in which women were the target of various types of discrimination and that many had to deal with cases of sexual harassment, shocked the industry and continues to be talked about.

Activision has officially reacted to the process and opted for a tone that is giving a lot of talk, especially when some of its key officials and leaders have suggested that they want to fight the process and have called into question the veracity of the victims’ accounts.

Fran Townsend, executive vice president for corporate affairs at Activision Blizzard, even said that “it is truly a undeserving and irresponsible process” in an email sent to all employees.

Given this and other examples, more than 2.6 million employees and former employees signed an open letter sent to the managers of Activision Blizzard, in which they criticize the “insultus response” to the process and confess that they no longer trust the company’s leaders.

In addition, employees plan to organize a mass exit from the company’s offices tomorrow to demonstrate their displeasure and protest abroad.
