active ammunition training of the army will begin in Belarus from December 1 (video)

According to the Ministry of Defense, the buildup of troops by neighboring countries is a sign of powerlessness and helplessness, but Belarus must take action in response.

Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin announced that the Belarusian military will begin active combat training from December 1 due to the militarization of neighboring countries. About it informs state television station Belta.

According to Khrenin, the situation around Belarus is heating up.

“We see how groups of troops are being created around our state borders both in the western and southern directions. Neighboring countries are actively militarizing, and this cannot but worry us, therefore we are forced to plan retaliatory measures,” the minister said.

He also added that the buildup of troops near the borders suggests that the neighboring countries are helpless and powerless. They are trying to push Belarus into provocations, so the Armed Forces begin active combat training on December 1.

At the same time, the Minister of Defense stressed that Belarus is not preparing for additional measures to bring the Armed Forces to the highest combat readiness. It is about a plan of action for “any inappropriate action”.

The Ministry of Defense of Belarus plans to conduct further training of the army together with Russia to “adequately counter the emerging threats.” For this, a set of measures is envisaged to cover the southern direction, as well as to create a regional air defense system together with the Russian Federation.

As a reminder, Alexander Lukashenko said that if there is an escalation of the situation in Donbass, then “Belarus will not stand aside“. Note that to ensure the security of the border of Ukraine with Belarus UAH 175 million will be allocated from the budget.
