Several tons of food end up in the garbage every year. With a week of action, citizens are to be sensitized for more appreciation. Actions and workshops are planned in Bremen and Lower Saxony.

The aim of a nationwide week of action in which Lower Saxony and Bremen are taking part is the goal of a nationwide week of action to increase the appreciation of food. From this Wednesday on, politics, organizations and companies want to show how food waste can be curbed.
