Action day farmers past | Inland

On the A2 near Ittervoort in Limburg, a group of between ten and 25 farmers blocked the highway to the north with their tractors. After an hour and a half they drove away.

Earlier in the evening, dozens of farmers with tractors blocked the A2 to Den Bosch for hours at Boxtel. There was a large traffic jam behind that blockade.

A farmers’ action was also late Friday evening in Groningen. Tractors drove into the city, but were not allowed to go all the way into the center. The action was finished around midnight.

Angry farmers held protest campaigns across the country on Friday. They demonstrated against the cabinet’s feed policy. In the afternoon, tractors blocked the A1 between Hengelo and Apeldoorn for hours.
