ACI World’s 2022 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards celebrate airports across the world that provide exceptional customer service. From large hubs like Istanbul and Rome-Fiumicino in Europe to smaller gateways like Guanacaste in Costa Rica and Salalah in Oman, winners have been recognized for their outstanding customer service excellence. Awards are given in categories by region and airport size, with winners including Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport, Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport, and China’s Beijing Daxing. Additionally, new categories have been introduced this year to reflect evolving passenger needs, such as Airport with the Most Dedicated Staff and Easiest Airport Journey. ACI World Director General’s Roll of Excellence honors airports that consistently win awards in the ASQ program over a five-year period.
