Moroccan international defender Achraf Hakimi will leave Borussia Dortmund on June 30, said German club sports director Michael Zorc.
Loaned by Real Madrid in Dortmund for two years, Hakimi shone brightly in the Bundesliga where he was repeatedly chosen best player of the month.
At a press conference after the last match in the German championship, Zorc explained that Real, the player’s training club, wanted to give up the young talent of 21 years, whose rating has risen sharply.
