JAKARTA, FABERTA – The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of PT Timah Tbk which took place on Thursday, December 23, 2021, decided to appoint Achmad Ardianto as President Director of PT Timah Tbk. He replaced Mochtar Riza Pahlavi.
Achmad Ardianto was previously the former President Director of PT Garam (Persero) Tbk. Long before, he had a career at PT Freeport Indonesia holding the position of Director of Human Resources, Security & Risk Management. He also had a career as HR Director of PT Antam Tbk.
Achmad Ardianto, who received his undergraduate education from Mining Engineering ITB and MBA from TSM Business School Amsterdam, will be assisted by four other directors on the board of directors of PT Timah Tbk.
Among them, Purwoko as Director of Business Development, Alwin Albar as Director of Operations and Production. In addition, there are new faces, namely Yenita as Director of Human Resources, and M Krisna Sjarif as Director of Finance and Risk Management. (OUT)
